Wafer Dual Plate Check Valve 

Wafer dual plate check valve is automatic working valve in the pipeline to protect pumps and actuator from any damages caused by working medium back flow which widely used in all type system of water treatment, chemical industry and metallurgy etc. Wafer dual plate check valve stcucture can be lug wafter type and flange type. Valve size from 2"(DN50) to 48"(DN1200) matching pressure class 150(PN16) to class 2500(PN420). Valve material covers carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and duplex steel, such as  WCB, LCB, WC6, WC9, C12, C5, CF8, CF3, CF3M, CF8M, 4A, 5A etc. Wafer dual plate check valve have advantages in shorter face to face dimension, one piece valve body, spring loaded disc for quick closure, lighter weight, lower working medium resistance as well as samll impact of water hammer.
